This session focuses on curriculum and lesson planning and is geared toward newer teachers. The session emphasizes assessing classes' needs, setting goals for the semester, establishing classroom structure, creating and executing appropriate exercises, and building on skills throughout a semester. Teachers will create outlines of classes for different age ranges and lengths of time and have an open discussion about some of their successes and challenges in creating lesson plans and curriculum.
