During the duration of the session you are enrolling, Design Dance may photograph or videotape your classes. These photos or videos would only be used in direct correlation with our program at your school either in print, on our website or on our social media pages. If you permit these photos and videos to be used for those purposes, please read and sign the following. This is not mandatory to be enrolled in classes Permission to Use Photograph I grant to Design Dance, their representatives and employees, the right to take photographs of me, my child and my property in connection with the above-identified subject. I authorize Design Dance, their assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that Design Dance may use such photographs or videos of me without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
