Registration for the Design Dance 2019 Spring Showcase!

Both the fee and the form must be submitted in order to register for Showcase. You are not considered registered without both the fee and the form. Deadline for registration is WEDNESDAY APRIL 10. We cannot accept registration beyond that date due to costume-ordering timelines.

If you have multiple dancers in a class, or your dancer is in multiple classes, please submit one form and payment per class.
